About Creamery Novelties

Creamery Novelties was the vision of local businessman Paul Gabriel who approached the Hadad brothers with an innovative idea which could not be refused. This was an excellent opportunity to bring to the local market not just any ice cream but one which would be unique to the region, providing a variety of flavours and ice cream novelties.
